　　国际能源署IEA PVPS网络研讨会简介：

　　此次会上将发布最新光伏国际市场报告，首次揭示2024年全球光伏市场发展态势，重点分析光伏安装量增长趋势、国家装机容量排名及新兴市场动态变化。

　　演讲嘉宾介绍：

　　Gaëtan Masson is the Task Manager of IEA PVPS Task 1. “Strategic PV Analysis & Outreach.” He is founder and CEO of the Becquerel Institute, which focuses on solar PV’s role in the energy transition, as well as co-founder of the European Solar Manufacturing Council, which promotes competitive solar manufacturing in Europe. His expertise lies in analysing global PV market trends and driving strategic insights for the solar industry.

　　Izumi Kaizuka is the Director and Principal Analyst at RTS Corporation in Tokyo, specializing in PV market analysis, policy, and business models. As the Deputy Task 1 Manager, she plays a vital role in shaping the program’s strategic direction. Izumi leads various PV industry committees in Japan and was honoured in 2017 with the PVSEC “Special Award” for her contributions to the industry.

　　IEA PVPS是在国际能源署内设立的合作研发协定机构之一，自1993年成立以来，PVPS 参与方一直在开展各种应用光伏技术将太阳能转化为电能的联合项目。

　　截至2024年底，PVPS的27个正式成员为：澳大利亚、奥地利、比利时、加拿大、中国、丹麦、芬兰、法国、欧洲联盟委员会、德国、印度、以色列、意大利、日本、韩国、马来西亚、摩洛哥、荷兰、挪威、葡萄牙、南非、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士、泰国、土耳其、美国。

　　关于 IEA PVPS TASK1

　　Task 1：Strategic PV Analysis & Outreach (光伏战略和市场分析)的核心目标是：推动光伏电力应用领域的技术、经济、环境与社会多维度信息交流，促进全球知识共享。其具体行动围绕以下战略方向展开：

　　加速成本下降：通过系统性研究支持光伏应用的经济性提升;

　　提升价值认知：强化社会各界对光伏技术潜力与价值的理解;

　　破除发展壁垒：同步解决技术性障碍(如电网接入问题)和非技术性挑战(如政策支持不足);

　　深化国际合作：建立跨国协作机制推动技术迭代与创新。

　　年度《全球光伏应用趋势报告》(综合分析技术进展与市场动态)

　　参与国年度专项报告(各国光伏发展现状的深度调研)
